W lutym 2001 roku zespół Scorpions za murami portugalskiego klasztoru Convento do Beato rozpoczął nagrania do albumu „Acoustica”. Po raz pierwszy w swojej 30-to letniej karierze zespół nagrał „inny” album. Płyta „Acoustica" nie została opracowana w studio, ale została nagrana i sfilmowana na żywo za murami klasztoru bez elektronicznej ingerencji.Usłyszymy tu i zobaczymy akustyczne wykonania takich klasyków jak: „The Zoo“, „Send Me An Angel“ czy „You And I”, „Love My Life“ , „When Love Kills Love“. Koncert nagrywany był przez 12 kamer co spowodowało, że obraz jaki zobaczymy na DVD stanowi wyjątkowe przeżycie.”Acoustica” ukaże się na płycie CD i DVD.
